You retain all rights to the data you and your clients submit ("Customer Data"). You are responsible for the lawfulness of the Customer Data you process through the Service, including obtaining any required consents from your own clients. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement.

6. Intellectual property
